By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Spiritual and Educational Content

The devotionals, prayers, Scripture discussions, reflections, videos, emails, and other resources shared through the website are provided for spiritual encouragement, education, and personal reflection.

The content reflects personal faith perspectives. It is not individualized pastoral counseling, professional counseling, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.

Nothing on the website should be treated as a substitute for advice or care from a qualified:

  • mental-health professional;

  • licensed counselor or therapist;

  • attorney;

  • accountant;

The website’s prayer-request form, contact form, and email inbox are not emergency or crisis-response services and may not be monitored continuously.

Every prayer request is read personally by Jaimee and treated with care, compassion, and discretion. However, complete privacy or confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when information is submitted electronically.

If a message indicates an immediate risk of harm to you or another person, appropriate action may be taken when reasonably possible to help protect safety.

Do not use the website to seek emergency assistance. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified crisis professional.

Email Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to receive the devotional, resource, newsletter, or other email communication you requested.

You may also occasionally receive encouragement, announcements, product updates, resources, and promotional emails from Jaimee Lea.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by selecting the Unsubscribe link included in the email.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it. I am not responsible for emails that are delayed, filtered, placed in a spam folder, or undeliverable due to circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Products and Amazon Links

The website does not currently sell products directly.

The website may link to ebooks, physical devotionals, journals, or other products offered through Amazon or another third-party retailer.

Purchases completed through Amazon or another third-party platform are transactions between you and that platform or seller. The purchase, payment, delivery, return, and refund policies presented by the third party will govern the transaction.

I am not responsible for:

  • third-party payment processing;

  • product availability;

  • shipping or delivery;

  • retailer errors;

  • third-party return or refund decisions; or

  • the security or operation of a third-party platform.

Jaimee Lea may participate in the Amazon Associates Program and other affiliate programs. Some links on the website may be affiliate links, which means Jaimee Lea may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay or the care taken in sharing resources.

Future Direct Purchases

Digital or physical products may be offered directly through the website in the future.

If direct purchases become available, the product description, price, delivery details, refund terms, and any additional conditions will be presented on the applicable sales or checkout page.

Unless a different policy is presented at checkout, refund requests for products purchased directly from Jaimee Lea will be considered individually. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law.
